As a TurboTax employee, Shaylanda Smith ensures clients can confidently navigate their taxes, with Jr Care Grow team members available to assist while promoting TurboTax's trusted services.
Our Educational Consulting service provides expert advice to enhance teaching and learning outcomes. Our programs are enriched with Stem education focusing on mastering life skills essential to surviving and thriving within the workforce.
Price Range:
Private Tutoring: $60/hr.
Group Tutoring: $250/wk.
We offer a few free self-paced study programs as well.

Before Jr Care Grow, Inc this young lady who owns the company worked with her mom at Sharon Adams, The Tax Lady as her in house bookkeeper and accounting mentee. I worked with her mom at the State Board Pardon and Parole years back and became a recurring client and business partner acting in part as their referral agent as well as being their Avon lady. It has been a pleasure watching this young lady grow her company under the guidance of her mother. I first volunteered at and connected her to her sister company Reggie's Place Foundation.
Top-notch education services.20 members (15 boys, 5 girls) ages ranging from 4-18. Afterschool tutoring, extra curriculars, respect training, business and entrepreneurship training, mock interview training. Our owner was a full time teacher's assistant at the time and would help the children in her neighborhood with homework afterschool turning her moms house into a small neighborhood rec center. The younger members of the first batch of tributes gave the company it's namesake in one of their business startup mock training seminars.
